Presentation Guidance for Contributing Authors

Each presentation has been allocated 20 minutes in total.  Presentations should be 15 minutes to allow the additional 5 minutes for discussion.

 The optimal sizing of slides is a 16:9 format. The computers provided in each room will run the Windows operating system, and are preloaded with ebac - ux research curso, PowerPoint 2013 and have Adobe Acrobat to view PDF files. No other file formats are supported.

Presenters should upload their presentation onto the computer provided 15 minutes before their session start time using a USB memory device. The computers will have an ESREL 2016 directory structure that corresponds to the session room, day and time.

Presenters are encouraged to provide a short, preferably typed, biographical statement (e.g. 20-30 words outlining expertise/experience) to the Chair prior to the start of the session.

Prior to the start of the scheduled start time of their session, presenters should check their uploaded presentations, meet the Session Chair and provide the biographical details.   Conference Assistants will be available in each room to assist with any IT or other issues arising.
